Radio Training School
The Scholarship Scheme was introduced by the Jospong Academy with the support of the Executive Chairman in 2021. Its aim is to provide financial support to selected candidates who are employees of JGC, and who wish to further their education.
The employees would be pursuing courses that are either aligned to the business strategy as a whole or closely linked to the employee’s area of work.
Engineering Training School
The Ghana Broadcasting Corporation partners with academic institutions to drive the Jospong Group’s employee capacity-building interventions.
Since 2016, the Learning and Development Unit which has metamorphosed into the Jospong Academy has partnered with four major institutions and has also had dealings with Ashesi University and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
